This blog is written by Darren Rowse. It is the one of the most helpful blogs that can teach you how to blog and make money blogging. He became a blogger in 2002 when he read about this medium. He has around 50,000 subscribers. Most of these subscribers are religious readers and you can see that when looking at how many different people interact by commenting on his posts. “This site is dedicated to helping other bloggers learn the skills of blogging, share their own experiences and promote the blogging medium. I started it in September 2004 mainly because I wanted to keep a record of what I was learning about blogging for money. Since then I’ve added over well over 3500 articles, tips, tutorials and case studies to my archives here.”

Copyblogger is also one of the best blogs that helps you with copywriting skills. “Content drives the Internet, and using the right words in the right way will determine not only how well your site converts visitors into sales, but also how well you rank in search engines and how many links you get.” Copyblogger about does it all. It will help you get more subscribers, get traffic, attract links, and sell something. “ Copywriting is the process of writing words that promote a person, business, opinion, or idea, with the ultimate intention of having the reader take some form of action. Even if that action is a link, bookmark, or a vote at Digg that leads to the traffic you need.”

“Founded in September 2006, Smashing Magazine delivers useful and innovative information for designers and web-developers. Our aim is to inform our readers about the latest trends and techniques in web-development – clearly, precisely and regularly. We don’t try to convince you with the quantity, but with the quality of the information we present. That’s what makes us different. In fact, we smash you with the information which will make your life easier. This blog is good at helping you with Internet marketing skills. If you need ideas of how you can market your blog so that you get more traffic and more subscribers then ShoeMoney is the place to go. This blog is written by Jeremy Shoemaker who is really known for being an an affiliate mastermind.

This is kind of a ripoff of John Chow, but it does give you a lot of good ideas on how to profit from your blog. He does give you more than just moneymaking ideas by helping you build good content, which is what mainly keeps readers.

Another blog tips blog. Caroline quit her 9-5 job and has blogged ever since.

This blog is written by Jason Pereira. The blog used to be in the ‘make money online’ niche but he pulled out as he did not feel comfortable considering a lot of the nonsense that goes on there; this is now run as a young entrepreneur blog but also talks about internet marketing, blogging tips and the occasional tip.

This blog was bought by Max Davis a good five months ago. It has currently taking a downfall from what it was before when Ben Cook owned it. You can watch someone go through every step while trying to make a full-time income from blogging. Max only posts about once a week so you don’t get as much content as Ben was writing. However, you can still go back in the Archives and read through everything he did when he started his blog and everything he tried afterwards.

Its always good to know what other bloggers consider a must read. Great selection and all as your blog have plenty to offer to all bloggers. Good work
I started reading BloggingExperiment just before Ben sold it. It was a good blog. Max Davis produced some interesting content on there with regards to buying and selling websites, and his class on the same topic was useful and well-thought out. Unfortunately, Max retired from the teaching business almost as soon as he got into it, so now the blog is virtually dead. However, that might be a good opportunity for anyone with a little cash to come in and purchase and gain an instant large reader base.

Nice collection of web sites. Shoemoney’s and John Chow’s sites are a couple that I’ve checked out on a regular basis. Their “battle” is of course legendary and there is always something to learn from these two. I’m going to check out the other sites as well.
Keep It SEO Simples last blog post..Application Letter For Copywriting Position
That is an awesome list of blogs. I am going to make sure to check them all out. Do any of you recommend any other blogs? I kind of want to find the best blogs that can help me become a great blogger.
DailyBlogTips is one of the sites that I found particularly helpful. Lots of the tips can be seen elsewhere on the Internet but I like having them all in one place for easy access. There’s always something new to learn and that’s great site for learning them.
Keep It SEO Simples last blog post..Wikiweblog Covers The World
Same old tired junk. For the love of God, find something new to write about instead of the same old crap over and over again. Every single one of those blogs is nothing but affiliate spam. You can sum them all up in one line “please sign up for these affiliate programs and make money for me”. That’s it. Shoemoney, Chow, Rowse et al summed up in one line.
Avon Blakes last blog post..Pop goes my Page Rank and traffic
I know what you mean. I’m really not into selling all the silly crap. I just really wanna help bloggers so if you want to hear about any certain topic let me know.
Thanks for all these references!
Digital Polaroidss last blog post..This is what I call "Vacations"
No problem. I’m glad that you liked them.
Hi, thanks for sharing your blogs collection. I visit some of them. They are really worth of resources.
No problem Edy.
Nice list Franklin. I read a few on the list but not all of them. It’s no question that a blogger can learn a lot just from this list of blogs man, true enough.
Wow, there are actually some up there that I never heard of. Thanks for posting this list. I guess I have more RSS subscriptions to add
Pretty good list… Two that I haven’t heard of, namely the University Kid and ‘the ripoff’.
I know few of the blogs. But I thought there must be at least a 100 blogs that should be worth following in the millions available. I am also still looking for the best.
too bad the guy behind copyblogger is such a douchebag. makes it had to read his blog knowing that he’s an asshole. i say this because i have seen him be a total pig in responding to legit comments where people disagreed with him.
Thank you for the list. Oddly enough I just discovered Caroline today and I have been reading about half the rest. I don’t really understand the no follow other then to avoid spam. I never use no follow.
Of course most of the blogs I am running only have between 50-100 unique visitors a day and I am trying to increase that by reading these other blogs!
Thanks for including Balkhis in your list
**Thanks** I already read 7 of those Blogs. Nice share, I will take a good look at the other blogs on the list to see if I will need to keep some of them on my follow this Blogs list.
A fantastic resource for a new blogger like me. Thank you.
Thanks for the list. I haven’t heard about jeff mills. I would go over to his blog right now.
