This is because people do not drink enough water during the day. If you do start drinking enough water, then your body will get rid of this excess water weight because it knows that you are going to give it enough fluids during the day.</p>
<p><strong>Change diet</strong></p>
<p>If you want to get that flat tummy then you&#8217;ll definitely need to change our diet. It doesn&#8217;t have to be that drastic of a diet change. You just need to make sure that you are eating three meals a day and that they are small meals. The way you can burn these is by doing exercise which makes them release the fat into your bloodstream which go to your muscles and get burned off.</p>

<p><strong>Stretching</strong></p>
<p>This is another obvious. You need to stretch that area back there so you can loosen it up. Once you get it loosened up it will be easier to burn and it won&#8217;t just stay in one area. Fats can get stuck in one areas because it is so tight.</p>
<p><strong>Eat healthy</strong></p>
<p>Eating more fruits and vegetables should help a lot. Trying to not eat as much also. Eating five small meals a day will get your metabolism going faster to burn that extra weight off.</p>
<p><strong>Drink plenty of water</strong></p>
<p>A lot of times you can get water weight stuck in places. Your body will hold on to water for emergency situations if you do not get enough fluids in a day. So try to drink much more during the day so your body will not hold on to that extra water weight.</p>

<p><strong>Drink plenty of water:</strong></p>
<p>This definitely helped me lose weight. Our bodies hold on to a lot of water because we are not letting it get enough fluids. So it holds on to fluids for emergency situations because it knows that we aren&#8217;t going to give it fluids throughout the day. Start drinking six glasses of water a day.</p>
<p><strong>Get more fiber:</strong></p>
<p>Get rid of all that extra fecal matter inside of your body. I have read that we hold a lot extra fecal matter in our bodies because we never clean ourselves out. So drinking plenty of water and getting more fiber should definitely do the trick. At least get most of it out.</p>
<p><strong>Get more exercise:</strong></p>
<p>This is just an obvious. We need to burn those calories off that we eat during the day. It is not like that you need to go on a two hour walk. At least take 30 minutes out of your day to do some sort of exercise. Get up 30 minutes early and walk around the block or do some crunches on the floor. Whatever it takes to get your body moving. For me I just walk around the block for 30 minutes every morning.</p>
<p><strong>Eat less:</strong></p>
<p>This is another obvious. We need to eat less so that we don&#8217;t give our bodies way too many calories or other things that we do not need. We were not meant to eat as much as we do or the kinds of things that we&#8217;re eating. Don&#8217;t just eat one meal during the day though. This will slow your metabolism down! What I did was make sure that I got three meals during the day. Instead of eating a full plate of something I ate a half the plate. I would eat breakfast, lunch, and supper. Try to stay away from fast food! It is hard at first, but once you stop going to those places you&#8217;ll get used to what you are eating.</p>
