I suppose that there could be many reasons. Make sure analytics is coded into every page that your site serves. I am not familiar with how Statpress works, but I have read horror stories from people who attempted to use it in a shared hosting environment. For example:

Ok I read that first one and it brings a question to mind that I have been meaning to ask. He touches on tracking in his #7 and I am doing so with statpress for wordpress and also google analytics and I find that they differ greatly in pageviews. Which is telling me the true and why is there such a differance?

This was really interesting from Mr Javo’s post:

I liked Chris Brogan short piece. One thing that I might add to the ‘content’ section is this: Whenever I come across an interesting web page that I might want to blog about I bookmark it in a special folder. Later, if I am wondering what to write about, I can just go through that folder and (usually) find instant inspiration or something to address.
